I keep registering but I don't see to gain access to the site? Access to site is not automatic. Your application needs to be verified against the homeowners listing and can take between 24 and 72 hours.

Yes, there are three discussion boards. They are located under the "News" tab at the top of the board.
Are homeowners allowed to attend HOA Board meetings?Use SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
We invite homeowners to attend all meetings. While the meetings will be discussions among the Board, we welcome your questions and input during the open forum. The open forum will be held at the end of each meeting, usually lasting 15 minutes. This is your opportunity to voice your opinions, concerns or suggestions. Let us know what changes are needed in our community. Read more about open forum.

Download the application form; it contains directions on how to submit your request. Please note, you must be a resident of Orenco Gardens to make a reservation.

This takes place in the early fall. Homeowners will be notified by mail when the board decides on the date and venue.
